Billy Falco Named Interim Head Coach of Fighters Boxing Gym

Billy Falco has accepted the position of interim head coach of the Fighters Boxing Club in Nashville, Tennessee.

Coach Billy has been a boxing coach at Fighters for five years, training under Olympic Coach Christy Halbert. Coach Billy recently accepted the role of interim Head Coach of the competition team.

In his new role Coach Billy will be the point person for boxer promotions onto the competition team, training of competition-pathway boxers, as well as coordinating athletes’ participation in local, regional, and national competitions.

Coach Billy will continue his personal training of fitness clients, competitive boxers, and professional boxers, as well as serve as a cutman in professional boxing.

“Billy Falco is ready for this new role. He’s well-respected by the boxers, and has experience on every level of competition from beginner to professional. I’m very excited that he accepted the position, and look forward to the transition as we move into 2025,” said Coach Christy Halbert, director of Boxing Resource Center.

Fighters is also searching for additional coaches for the competition team.
