Intermediate Boxing
Intermediate Boxing is the step between Boxing Basics and Competition Team Training: more combinations, partner drills and task-focused sparring, and the repetition that turns a beginner's stance into a fighter's habit.
If you have been through Boxing Basics or already move comfortably through stance, footwork, and the core punches, this is where you sharpen it.
For the serious
Competition Team
This is where the work gets put to the test. Our Competition Team Training program is built for dedicated athletes ready to level up, whether you’re chasing your first amateur fight or already grinding toward the pros.
This advanced class combines technical refinement, ring strategy, sparring, and fight conditioning under the guidance of experienced coaches who’ve been there and done it. Every round is focused, every drill has a purpose, and every session moves you closer to being fight-ready.
If you’re ready to see what you’re made of, this is the place to prove it.
For ages 8–13
Youth boxing
Our Youth Boxing Program teaches kids more than just how to throw punches. It builds confidence, discipline, and focus.
This class introduces proper boxing fundamentals in a fun, structured, and non-contact environment. Kids learn stance, movement, blocking, coordination, and technique while developing the respect and work ethic that only come from real training.
Led by experienced coaches who know how to challenge and motivate, every session helps kids grow stronger inside and out. Whether your child’s goal is fitness, confidence, or competition down the road, this is where it all starts.
